Kim I don't expect you'll want to use these comments to promote yourself and I write them not to criticise but rather to give the feedback you have requested. During the negotiation process for lot 3 Hargraves I was left with the feeling that my inexperience in the real estate bargaining process was obvious, that I had put all my cards down face up and that I was played by a bloke who was really good at what he did. I declared from the outset that I really loved the property and I had been looking at it for some time. It felt like you used this knowledge to lever me that bit further. When I made my initial verbal suggestion of $305K (which by any measure is a solid offer) I felt it was belittled. Maybe that's just how we play the game which we call "the market". Please understand I'm not having a crack at you. I ignored the first three emails to "Rate My Agent" but after the fourth I thought you really seem to want my feedback. So here it is from the perspective of a buyer who feels like he was pushed a bit further than he should have been. In the end it doesn't really matter. I got a beautiful and unique piece of land on which I expect to have many happy years. If I paid a bit much for it well at least I didn't risk losing it to someone who wanted it that bit more. (And I must add that I enjoyed our communications after the deal was done more than before :-) Cheers John Hebblewhite

Kim did everything he said he was going to do and he did it on time and well. He has even called post sale to make sure everything is proceeding well - which is a bit beyond the call of duty. His support staff were also excellent. I certainly think the 3D plans and aerial videos make a difference too. We ended up with a great sales price and, in a nutshell, are very happy. So, my advice is if you have a home to sell you can't look past Kim. I doubt you'll find better in Southern Tasmania.
