But then, it is probably more accurate to say Bryce is someone who would circumnavigate Tasmania if it would be helpful for a client. It was our first time buying a home. Bryce expertly and patiently guided us through the process of making an offer, helping us to understand what was important about each clause and to tailor the contract to suit our needs. After our offer was accepted Bryce helped us to find conveyancers and a building inspector. Something that stood out to me there were the honest but kind words both Bryce and the builder had to say about each other. All of this was with patience and a real generosity of spirit.
