Professional and made the buying process simple for a first home buyer

Having recently purchased a property from Hamish as a first home buyer, I was constantly impressed with the timeliness of his communication and his willingness to assist me with the purchasing process - including assisting with contract queries and providing a list of trusted building inspectors he'd dealt with previously. He always answered his phone if I needed to contact him, he contacted me proactively when he had pertinent information to share, and he was extremely pleasant to deal with without exception.
