We have had correspondence with Jake over the years, as I have always been interested in the Tasmanian market (ex kiwi), we did purchase a block of land (different real estate) with ocean views and did intend to build, unfortunately different events have happened and we did decide to sell. Sam was very pleasant and professional in his organisation. The package that he and Putrusma provide was of a high quality. However, at the open home several common house and location concerns were mentioned by those inspecting and this both deterred potential offers and a higher sale price. These may have been a coincidence and may not be reflective of Sam's knowledge but if know earlier the house could have been marketed/promoted differently. Overall Sam was very pleasant and accommodating and assisted us to ensure that the sale contract to the new purchasers was met.

We've bought and sold around 20 properties and have had good and bad experiences with agents. When we had 2 renovated townhouses to sell, we shortlisted 3 agents and observed them at open houses. Sam immediately impressed us with the way he "worked the room", sorting real buyers from tyre kickers (like us) and giving them the time and attention they deserved, working his magic. We sold the two units through Sam and realized $20-30k each, more than other agents believed they could achieve. Of course we listed our latest property with Sam and again he was champion. It was a complicated sale, but Sam massaged it through to completion, going far beyond what many less experienced or committed agents would even think to do. And we were delighted with the result. He has a good support team along with a network of trusted professionals like videographers, property stylists, photographers, lawyers etc. who take care of the collaterals. Freeing Sam to concentrate on what he does best. And in our opinion, there's none better.
