He outlined his marketing strategy at the first meeting, and I was impressed by his honest and strait forward approach and pleasant demeanor. His reasoning made sense to me and as the house garnered much interest, and sold very quickly at a good price he was totally on target. Tony was very responsive to any concerns I had prior to settlement, and overall is a great communicator. 5 stars.
