Tegan has sold several properties for our family, so when it came time to sell our much loved property in Moonah there really was no other choice!! She again worked tirelessly to perform outstanding open homes, negotiate and delivered. The property was sold with competing offers and we are now able to move on to our next venture. If you want an agent that will work with you, communicates well and delivers results above expectations then call Tegan and her team at Petrusma Property.

I cannot speak highly enough of our dealings with Sam during the purchase of our property. We found him highly personable and professional throughout the process, who really made himself available to respond to questions and accommodate our schedules. His knowledge of the market was highly evident during the pre-sale and offer process, and we felt he really worked closely with both parties to help reach a mutually positive outcome. He was also a great resource to us as first-time buyers to assist in meeting our pre-conditions of sale and finalising the sale as quickly as possible. We would gladly deal with him again, and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell with confidence that their interests will be well looked after.

Tony was professional and diligent in the sale of the above property. After discussing with Tony our needs and reviewing other Agents proposals we decided on Tony because of his depth of knowledge in the area and his sales of similar priced homes. He suggested ways of increasing our profile and then had a buyer in the first fortnight that was nearly at the top end of his projected range. I have no problems recommending Tony for sales in this area and price range.

Sam put the time in to research the local market and provided us with accurate information before the sale. He outlined his selling strategy to us which made a lot of sense and seemed to work well. We were told by other agents that we would not come close to the price we sold for. Definitely recommend and would use again.
