Highly professional and knowledgeable with excellent interpersonal skills

While Kerri-Louise was very clearly working in the best interests of her client, as purchasers in this case, she also made us feel important and valued too. In a 'hot market' it's easy for agents to be inconsiderate and dismissive of potential buyers and it can still come at the cost of the client. Kerri-Louise's interest in our needs as buyers helped us to see the true value of this property for us - and this ultimately helped the vendor's sale price. Properties might be selling quickly but a good agent can still be highly influential on the final price. We appreciate her thoughtful and respectful approach and should we ever be selling at some point, we'll ask Kerri-Louise to help us.

After many months of ill health, we came to the decision that we would have to downsize and leave a beautiful property that we have called home for over twenty years.
