Friendly and professional service
I found Evan to be extremely professional with great communication skills. He continuously provided regular updates on both prospective buyers and also the current state of the market. He gave us solid advice on the process of selling the property, assisted with advice on open homes, advertising and used his expertise to assist with our decision making in regards to incoming offers for the property. I would have no hesitation in using Evan in the future.

Dream House
My son and I went to look at this house and saw it was still for sale so we went around to the agent and asked to see inside. He obliged immediately. We found Evan to be available, straightforward and very obliging.

Performing Miracles

Easy going, Confident and well researched.
Having seen Evan around over the years at other properties, as a seller this time around we found him extremely helpful in the process, he was engaged, and took the time to give us advice pre-listing regarding work to be done. Communication was excellent and prompt, and when it came time to decide on a buyer, every piece of advice he gave us was considered and turned out to be worth its weight in valuable metals ($$$). We would use him for any property we sell in the future.
