Couldn't be happier

We met Dave when he showed us through another property and we knew straight away that we wanted him to sell our place for us, so we had no hesitation at all when he asked whether we would like him to do an appraisal. We were on the same page from the start. We felt confident that he would get us a good price, and he came through with the goods! We had 17 parties through our open home, and accepted a great offer the day after. Dave communicated with us really well, and it felt like we were chatting with a friend. We also had great dealings with his assistant Renee, who was a delight. Selling your house is pretty nerve wracking, so it was great to have an agent who we were comfortable with, who answered our texts and phone calls, and kept us in the loop. We met a lot of agents, as we were buying a house at the same time, and we wouldn't have signed on with anyone else. We will be recommending Dave to all our friends and family, and wouldn't hesitate at all to sell through him in the future.
