Daniel was awarded a scholarship to The Friends School and went on to obtain a combined degree in Commerce and Law at the University of Tasmania. For eight years Daniel was employed as an inquiry agent for a private investigation firm, where he progressed quickly to Associate level in a management capacity. It is in real estate, however, where Daniel has truly excelled. His strategic approach to the selling process is incredibly effective and he has amassed an enviable sales record. He is a multiple winner of the company's top sales awards and recently at the awards set a new company record for annual sales. In recognition of his achievements in the field and strong leadership, he was appointed Sales Manager in 2009 and has been a Director since 2011.
Daniel has highly developed communication and organisational skills. He is very highly motivated and believes strongly in the importance of plain hard work and dedication, as well as openness in real estate transactions. Coupled with his bright and positive attitude, Daniel has a skill set that is incredibly well suited to the real estate environment. He is amongst a handful of the top performing real estate agents in Tasmania and is very highly valued within the Petrusma group.
Daniel is a natural achiever and has excelled in sport and music as well as academically and professionally. He represented Tasmania in under-age soccer and went on to play in the State Premier League. He enjoys all forms of water sport and during summer can be found water skiing with friends on Meadowbank Lake or jet skiing the Southern Beaches. He is also a keen snowboarder and a talented drummer.
Daniel is now a Director and Auctioneer, selling across greater Hobart with the invaluable assistance of his co-agent David McLeod and Executive Assistant Morgan Krebs, as well as the entire Petrusma Property sales force.
