We met David when searching for another property. David is lovely and professional. He returns phone calls and answers enquiries promptly. Once we chose to make an offer on the property, he kept us up to date and informed of the progression of our offer. Even though we purchased through petrusma I think David knows how to sell a property well and would push for best price. We will certainly be going back to David or Petrusma's should we decide to sell our other property or purchase another.

Engaging a real estate agent is both an emotional and financial decision which requires a great deal of consideration.
