We have just started working with the team and secured two excellent tenants. Kendall and team could have easily allowed us to take the 'easy' option and approve early applicants, but they kindly pushed us to wait until more suitable tenants applied - which they did! Hoping all is smooth moving forward but I have no doubt that the team will support professionally when things go wrong.
