Kendall began her real estate career with Petrusma Property in 2017 as an administrator in both sales and rentals. This experience gave her a well-rounded understanding of the industry, providing a strong foundation for her career. It wasn’t long before she discovered her passion for Property Management, which led her to transition into the role of Portfolio Manager in 2018. Kendall is committed to providing excellent customer service and a positive experience to both tenants and owners by focusing on clear communication, building strong relationships, and effective problem solving. Aislinn now manages her own portfolio, drawing on this experience to enhance her expertise. Warm welcome and wonderful communication!

Both my partner and I were called when our application was approved, and it was wonderful how accommodating and patient they were when we needed to take some time to process the decision together. There was originally no property manager listed on the lease, but when I reached out I got a response almost immediately with contact details for our property manager. This property manager answered all my questions thoroughly and she clearly took the time to investigate and bring back the best answers she could. I am beyond impressed and I look forward to having a property manager/agent with such great communication and kindness! Highly recommend Petrusma Property :)
