Both my partner and I were called when our application was approved, and it was wonderful how accommodating and patient they were when we needed to take some time to process the decision together. There was originally no property manager listed on the lease, but when I reached out I got a response almost immediately with contact details for our property manager. This property manager answered all my questions thoroughly and she clearly took the time to investigate and bring back the best answers she could.
