Noah is very diligent and knowledgeable for the area and in his selling process that I never heard it before from other selling agent. He also updated us as a vendor every week about the property status, offer received, etc. Our property was sold within 1 week above the median price which is very good. Excellent service and highly recommended. Thanks Noah

Initially, we were nervous about taking the auction pathway but Marree guided us through and was genuine, reliable and hardworking throughout the whole process. Marree sold our house for a great price and we appreciated that she did everything with integrity. Thank you for everything Marree!

Paul & the P&G Team were amazing, We were first-time sellers and were a bit nervous about the entire process, but as soon as Paul & Ahmed walked into our house they spent an hour with us talking us through their process and strategy and put us at ease. Their open and honest communication and advice were appreciated, They didnt just see us as another commission but saw our home and how important it was to us. Loved their process, strategy & genuine care for us. I would highly recommend Paul and the entire team at P&G if you are looking at selling your property.

We engaged Noah to sell our property and could not be happier with the service and result he delivered. The campaign he ran was excellent and we sold our property in 7 days for a record price. I would not hesitate recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

Paul is an amazing man, not just an amazing estate agent, we originally purchased our property through Paul and contacted him when we were selling years later as we felt comfortable with him and he provided support not only as a buyer but also as a vendor. Paul and the whole team consistently provided support to us and kept us informed throughout the whole sales process, he suggested ways to improve selling opportunities and went out of his way to make us feel like people not just another sales opportunity. Paul even drove one lady, who had traveled interstate for viewings, from our house to another viewing so that she didn’t have to walk her daughter, extremely considerate man, very professional, caring and personable. Highly recommended with selling or buying through P&G

We first engaged with Paul & the team @ P&G following a letterbox drop marketing campaign. After talking to a number of agents we chose to go with P&G. From day one we knew it was the right decision. They listened to us when we explained our circumstances, plans and goals and provided us guidance and assistance in achieving them. All the way through it was easy to communicate with them and they never set any unrealistic expectations. Being members of the local community, they fully understood the market and provided regular updates on the market trends and direction. The biggest compliment I can provide is that they get to know you and your family and become friends. They strive to get the best result for you. Thank you Paul and the team @ P&G. Never know we may need to access your services again in the future.

Paul and his team are professionals and easy to communicate with. They supported me from the moment I decided to sell through them and beyond my move. I believe Paul's negotiating allowed me to receive thousands more than other agents had expected.

Paul and his team were excellent. From the moment we met Paul, it was clear he was very knowledgeable, as well as open and honest. The amount of preparation he obviously put into our first meeting was outstanding, and he was able to easily answer all the queries we had. Paul made the entire sale process very easy, and we were always reassured by his prompt and accurate help in all matters. He was able to exceed my expectations all round!

From the moment I contacted Paul for a valuation and renovation suggestions on my home then to our sale listing and very fast sale (within one week), I found Paul to be kind, generous with his time & information and incredibly supportive. His passion for the Berwick Springs community and local knowledge is excellent and helped us to get our property ready for market and sold super fast. His recommendation for a mortgage broker made our dreams come true. Thank you to Paul, Marree, Gina and the team for adding a smile and a laugh into a very stressful process. Highly recommended xxxxx
