Noah was fantastic the whole process. We previously had our home listed with another agent but due to some issues decided to look for someone else. From the start Noah was very up front, professional, and klwas great at communicating which gave us hope we would sell and sure enough within 3 weeks it was sold. We couldn't recommend Noah highly enough.

Very professional and easy to deal with. He was always obtainable by phone and nothing seemed a problem for him. Noah, Paul and the team at P&G were fantastic and we highly recommend them to anyone.

We bought our home with Noah and he's just fantastic! He's very polite, charming and always smiling. We had simultaneous settlement for our sale(another agent) and buying with Noah, I just wish I had sold with him as well. Anyways, he was super helpful and helped us in everyway possible including giving us access to the property few hours ahead of settlement as we were living on the truck! Keep up the good work Noah. If we sell again we will come to you. And the icing on the cake was a welcome pack of goodies waiting at our new home :)

Paul and the P&G Team did a great job in selling our home. Paul was upfront and honest from the start in terms of marketing, likely sale price & how long it would take to sell. Knowing P&G's amazing reputation in the area, we put our faith in Paul. Paul's expertise in the area paid off. Everything he told us on first appraisal was spot on. We sold in 10 days, with 25 inspections and 12 offers. We are very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend selling with P&G.

P&G Real Estate has a sound and realistic knowledge of the property market. Paul is relational, professional and approachable and efficient in his delivery. Our property was placed on the market on Thursday and sold by the weekend! We would recommend Paul and his company, P&G Real Estate, for their personal and professional approach, reliability and integrity.

Selling a house is a big decision finding an agent can be a daunting task as they all tell you what you want to hear to get a listing. I never felt that with Paul from P&G right from the first meeting I could tell they cared and would work hard for us We had some hurdles to overcome selling our property but Paul and his wonderful team were up to the task they were amazing to deal with We achieved a better than discussed price which made such a difference to our next house I would definitely recommend Paul and his team to anyone thinking of selling because they genuinely care

We recently sold our home with Paul & Team and wow was it a great experience. From the initial meeting, we were made feel comfortable and so much time was taken explaining the entire process, this was our first time selling so we really needed it. Our house sold after the first weekend of inspections, less than a week after being advertised at a much higher price than we could ever have expected. The team were amazing the whole time, thorough and professional. Would could not have asked for better people to sell our house. Thank you a million times over.

I have had the pleasure to engage with paul and the team a couple of times in the last few years and this current sale was no different I would highly recommend paul and his team to anyone they are very professional and discuss everything with you so as you are aware of every step along the way i wouldnt hesitate to to tell anyone of the fantastic experience i have had with theses guys i cant praise them enough unlike some realtors its not just about getting their commission at the end of the sale and then never hearing of them again its nice that the check in after its all over and the appreciation shown by them for choosing them to sell your biggest asset All in all i dont believe you could find a better a better team to do the job keep up the great work guys and im sure ill be back and keep telling others of the great experience that i have happily had again
