If you're looking to sell your home, we highly recommend giving P&G Real Estate a call. We worked with Paul and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was honest and realistic about the price our property would fetch, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other agents who tried to tell us our home was worth far more than it actually was just to get our business. He wasn't pushy and he was knowledgeable about the local market. He did not just take offers – he negotiated hard on our behalf with each prospective Purchaser, keeping the conversations open with each until Purchaser until he achieved the best possible outcome. Ahmed is also lovely and worked really hard on our behalf by doing opens on Sundays (which is quite unusual). Overall we found them both highly competent professionals who worked diligently on our behalf to get the best possible price for our property and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. P&G Real Estate sold my property in just 4 weeks, despite the sales campaign being postponed twice - once because of COVID and another time due an Easter holiday interruption! Interest rates had gone up and the market had dropped during this period, yet Paul still managed to negotiate a good price and a long settlement, both things which I really appreciated. Paul presented as a confident and competent agent who was well informed about the market trends and easy to build a quick rapport with. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way, even lending me his Karcher water cleaner to clean the outside of my house. Ahmed was also involved with the sale of my home.
