Great Agent
We have sold many homes in the past and some agents seem to work more for the purchaser. I had found Tim's approach and support through out the process immeasurable. Tim works for the vendor which is quite refreshing.

Very Professional Agent
Brad constantly updated me on the progress of the negotiations between myself and the vendors. Unfortunately there were a number of issues relating to probate of the previous owner that created a delay in settlement. Brad was supportive and worked with the vendors solicitor and mine. I believe this was " new ground" for Brad (and myself) but he managed assist me throughout the legal setbacks to final settlement. Highly recommend Brad .
