Damian has been working in property management for over 6 years and really enjoys being part of the Phil McMahon team. Damian thoroughly enjoys his job and in particular working closely with landlords and tenants to assist them with all their property management needs. Prior to working in property management, Damian spent 22 years in customer service, partly working as a Case Manager, managing people in the disability industry and in telecommunications where he supervised, trained and mentored new staff. He also provided ongoing support to employees and other department managers. Damian also has experience in the Banking Industry where he qualified customers for loan and insurance products. In his spare time Damian enjoys spending time with friends and family, renovating properties, gardening, spoiling his two Golden Retrievers, travelling, taking short breaks at Goolwa Beach and dining at restaurant’s on the beach front.

Kerri began working in property management in 2003 and proceeded to own/operate her own Property Management company for 4 years after completing a Certificate IV in Property Services. Since Joining Phil McMahon Real Estate Kerri has become a valued member of our property management team. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her position and has a first-hand understanding of the needs of both landlords and tenants. Kerri believes communication is the key to a successful working relationship, providing professional and honest advice to her clients and takes pride in ensuring both landlords and tenants are pleased with the level of service they receive.

Mary Safadi has 10 years’ experience in property management and has been a local resident in the south western suburbs for over 25 years. Mary has a strong disposition which coupled with desire and intimate market knowledge makes her a formidable property manager. Being an investor herself Mary understands what is feels like to be an owner and what is required to serve you well in managing your property. She strongly believes in keeping lines of communication open with her clients and will stop at nothing to get you the best result possible.

Michelle has been working in property management for over 12 years and loves being a part of the Phil McMahon team. She thoroughly enjoys her job and in particular working closely with landlords and tenants to assist them with all their property management needs. In her spare time Michelle can be found spending time with her family and friends.
