About Joseph

With over 20 years experience behind him, Joseph provides an absolute understanding of real estate and implements with great success, strategies designed to maximise the results of each and every sale. Real estate had always been a passion for Joseph and after completing high school at St Ignatius College in 1997, Joseph began his real estate studies in 1998, completing a Diploma in Real Estate Management. He then continued on with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property Economics. Throughout his career, Joseph has built a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding of the property sector and market trends. Working in the areas’ best performing office, Joseph’s key to success stems from understanding what drives your future buyer and who your future buyer ultimately is. Understanding this allows Joseph to utilise the most effective method of sale along with marketing strategies designed to engage your future buyer. Beyond marketing and method of sale, Joseph goes to great lengths to ensure that every facet of your property transaction is considered. From presentation to the representation of your property, each interaction allows Joseph to build on the value of your largest asset.

About us

In March 1983, Phillip Daidone started the journey of opening his own real estate office. He had one clear vision - to put together the best real estate office possible. Prior to this, Phillip had honed his skills working at a local Berala real estate since 1971. In the early days, Phillip single-handedly drove the business direction and created one of the most successful boutique real estate agencies not only in Berala but the surrounding suburbs also. Years later, his sons Joseph and Anthony both joined the company. At the helm of a rapidly growing, successful business, Phillip and his team have been awarded top real estate achievements since the commencement of Phillip Daidone Realty. Over the years, Phillip and the team have gained extensive knowledge and experience of the real estate industry and local area. These skills are shared with his team through ongoing training. As an active member of the community, Phillip is also a registered Justice of the Peace.

Highly recommend, excellent communicator and negotiator!

Joseph and Flora made the whole selling process smooth from start to finish. It was important to me that I found trusted local agents who knew the area well. Not only did they bring local market expertise, the Phillip Daidone team was consistently responsive as they were quick to answer questions and communicated clearly throughout the campaign and beyond. I was also impressed with the floor plan they developed, as they accurately depicted both a front yard and hind courtyard. These were not previously represented in the last purchase. What stood out most was Joseph's ability to negotiate. We were selling into a Sydney market that had started softening, and he still managed to secure a strong price for us. I'd happily recommend him to anyone selling in the current market.
