Unlike many of the agents, Joeseph just sent me a brief email and left it up to me to reply, other agents hounded me even after I told them I wasn't interested in doing business with them. When I responded to Joseph, he was willing to meet me after hours, so I didn't have to take time off work. I never felt pressured to sign with him, he just presented the facts and his strategy to selling the house. He kept me well informed throughout the Campagne and discussed all offers that were presented to him and helped guide me through decisions on these. The day of the auction he walked myself and my family through exactly what to expect. The Auctioneer he used also went through the entire process prior to the auction and what his strategy would be to get the property sold Joseph and his team delivered on their plan as we sold on the day above the reserve price. I loved his low-key approach and the way he listened to what we wanted and then made a plan from their and guided us well throughout the entire process. I would recommend Joseph and his team to anyone wanting to sell in the area.
