Happy to have sold

We went with Joseph Daidone to sell our property given his local knowledge and reliable results. The photography, floor plan and the listing were all fantastic. Joseph’s estimated sale price was very close to actual sale price. He also resolved an unexpected issue at the property that happened during the cooling off period at no further cost. Unfortunately the sale took longer than expected. What’s more, although we had updated the contract of sale, the buyer was given the old version.
