There is no doubt that Alex is passionate about what he does. From the moment I agreed to use PPD I felt like a weight had been lifted from me as Alex and the team took over and made doing business with them easy. I instantly felt confident that this wasn't just a property to them, it was as if Alex was selling his own property, fighting for every last penny and ensuring that he and the team were all perfectly aligned to make the whole experience an outstanding one. I can't recommend Alex and the team at PPD highly enough - if you're looking for an agent (and agency) that will fight your corner, negotiate hard and do everything with incredible professionalism and diligence then look no further.

Despite it being a challenging market, I found Doreen to be doggedly tenacious in pursuit of that one buyer I needed to find to sell my house to. She looked at the sales situation from all angles and happily we were successful at auction. She communicated well with me throughout the sales process. I am happy to have engaged Doreen to sell my property and would recommend her.

I'm what you may call a fastidious person. So when it came to selling my property I did extensive research to ensure that I had the very best representation. Jason and the team literally blew my expectations out of the water. From the moment I gave them the go ahead, the PPD machine went into immediate action. They made things easy for me, didn't take up my time, yet gave me regular updates in a clear and precise way. They were honest, direct, yet diplomatic. In my experience there are far too many 'order takers' in the Real Estate industry - the people who talk the talk, but will actually do the bear minimum to get the job done. Then there are the true 'hunters' who take absolute pride in ensuring that they understand your property inside out. They expertly qualify each and every prospect, turning objections into positives and creating a competitive environment for the sale of your property - this is where you will find Jason. When most people were closing off their weeks and enjoying their Friday evening, Jason was working hard - well into his Friday night in order to get the sale of my property concluded - a testament to the dedication he and PPD give to their clients. If you want the best - this is where you will find it.

We highly recommend Daniel & his team. His knowledge of the market and our property in particular was outstanding. His experience and strategy advice received along the way, during a nervous period (Covid), was sound and extremely reassuring. The result was a great outcome we were thrilled with. Great communication through out the process from both Daniel and his team. Siobhan was a pleasure to deal with also, extremely professional and across all aspects of our campaign.

Daniel did a great job for my wife and I during challenging market conditions for modest sized apartments like ours. He demonstrated strong communication skills and was always professional in our dealings. Ultimately he helped us to reach an outcome we were really happy with. Thanks Dan and the team at PPD!

Thomas was a pleasure to deal with, he was helpful, prompt, responsive, transparent, and honest. He stuck to his word and everything he said he was going to do, he did which is a quality too often absent from sales agents. Thomas is one of those rare agents you can trust, both as a seller and as a buyer and I'd recommend him to any one looking to buy or sell.

Christian and his team were extremely professional in comparison to what I have experienced with other agents. They were organised, new exactly what they were doing and gave extremely good guidance to maximise the value of our property. They gave us realistic expectations from the outset and kept us updated with ongoing, transparent communication. Christian displays a genuine interest in the well being of his clients and comes across as genuinely good guy. I highly recommend him and his team.

I have dealt with tens of real estate agents over the last few years. Of the many interactions, Thomas has always stood out as the most authentic, knowledgeable, diligent, professional and generous with his time. All reasons why my husband and I trusted him with the sale of our property. That experience further highlighted to us Thomas’ astute understanding of the property market, hard working nature, drive to achieve results and sharp negotiating skills. Every step of the way we felt he was in our corner. He updated us daily and provided all the information and guidance to give us confidence in the process. Without a doubt, will look to Thomas for all our future property moves. We also strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who is highly effective, down to earth, ambitious and trust worthy.

The ability to read market trends is the hallmark of a good real estate agent, and Christian has it in spades. But it’s more than just science and stats. What sets him apart is his flair for intuiting buyers’ needs. Because of that, he secured our buyer within two weeks of listing. Christian is dedicated, passionate and professional, and exudes a positive energy. And with the help of his affable and proficient executive assistant Stephanie Bartlett, he made the whole process a seamless one from the get-go. He was a pleasure to deal with and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Easy, honest and always available. Jason delivered above and beyond. We couldn't have been more thrilled with the result. Added bonus he has a great sense of humour, which makes the whole process much more enjoyable.
