Selling a property can be very daunting. Fortunately for us, we chose Alexander Phillips from PPDRE to sell ours and it sold within 5 days. The knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm displayed by Alex and his team was unsurpassed. We were given daily updates by Alex and Vince who welcomed any questions we raised regarding various sales procedures. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Alex and his team to anyone wishing to sell their property in the future.

Alex's knowledge of the Paddington/Eastern Suburbs market is second to none. He (and his team) communicate reliably, often and they get straight to the point (which i enjoy). He sold my home in record time in the challenging COVID market, always managing my expectations along the way. Highly recommended and i wouldn't hesitate to use Alex and his team again.

All Real Estate agents can sell homes in a strong market but only the quality real estate agents can use their contacts, negotiation skills and market knowledge to deliver a solid price with a sold sticker in 11 days! We first came across Tristan when he was selling my neighbor's home 5 years ago and my wife and I both agreed then he was very different from every other real estate agent we had dealt with - his confidence, his professionalism and his desire to treat your home as though it was his own home he was selling - these are all factors as to why, when the time was right, we asked him to sell our most valuable asset. Tristan, when we are ready to sell our next home we will give you a call.

Our experience with Christian has been second to none. Christians style means you’re communicated with through every step of the process and are confident in knowing there has not been a stone left unturned in progressing to the sale of your property. Christian has been part of every step including property appraisal, guidance on minor property improvements for best presentation, storage of furniture in preparation for styling through to contract negotiations and finally the sales process. We will never use anyone else. Highly recommend!
