Unlike every other agent I have spoken to in the last few months, their pricing was close to the final sale price. This is the highest compliment I could give after a very frustrating few months. Communication excellent and everything wrapped up quickly which we greatly appreciate being time poor. Recommend them for integrity and also very pleasant to deal with.

Excellent, their knowledge of the market and how to prepare the unit for market was most professional, also their personal relations skills in dealing with us was also a welcome change, their feedback about potential buyers and there full disclosure of all costs took the stress out of selling a property, would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to sell or buy a property, the speed in getting a sale was really unexpected thanks to you and the team and look forward to using you again.

Having originally purchased from Jason over two years ago - we were already confident with his ability to manage the process for us, but expectations were certainly exceeded. Jason and team made the process very easy to manage and provided support/advice throughout the process - making sure we were kept up to date and reassured throughout. You can rest assured you're in safe hands with Jason and his team (Charlie & Hayne).

This is the second property Christian has sold on behalf of our family in the last 6 month. On both occasions his appraisals were spot on. He set out a plan and totally delivered, both properties were sold within 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend Chris and his team at PPD.

Both Daniel and Siobhan did a fantastic job with my property in Randwick - unit 7/102 Alison Road selling prior to auction after only having been on the market for 10 days. Daniel is an excellent and highly effective communicator, always keeping me in the loop with a detailed analysis and breakdown of interested buyers. This is the second property in Randwick which I have sold with Daniel - he is hands down my first choice in agent. I would highly recommend his services, both his professionalism and affability are second to none. Thanks again!

Alex and his team gave excellent advice and service throughout and they delivered an excellent outcome. Our house sold in 5 days and for well above our expectations.

As a buyers agent I deal with many agents in the area and I can honestly say Doreen is among the very best. Her communication is second to none, she is a straight shooter and always works tirelessly to get the best outcomes for her vendors. Our exchange happened late on a Saturday night and this was not too much trouble for Doreen. If you are considering selling, I could not recommend Doreen more highly.

We highly recommend Sean Poche to everyone. Sean's performance has been proven again and again as He has won The Title: Number 1 agent in Double Bay for 6 consecutive years.
Sean Poche
I liked Sean from the outset. I met him just after we appointed PPD to manage the sale for our house late in 2019. He is a clear communicator that quickly put us at ease on how the sales campaign is going and I knew that he "gets buyers". I was on the seller's side, however I came to see how buyers also feel that he is a straight shooter. Him working next to Alex resulted in strong buyer follow up. The open houses were strongly attended and within 3 weeks we had a well qualified pool of interested buyers. During week two into week three Sean and Alex had an in depth idea of who the strong buyers were and the prize they were willing to pay. All through the sales process we were well kept informed through phone calls and good weekly reports. We accepted his and Alex's advice when a top offer came along and within 24 hours exchanged contracts. We had the assurance that they really knew the prospective buyers and that they spent lots of time staying in contact with them. Yes, Sean & Alex and his team put our interest first and they obtained a strong result for us.

After an extensive research and interview process we decided to appoint Alex. After 2 meetings with him in November 2019 we took his advice to go to market early in 2020 given that stock levels were low. The design of the online advertisement and the sales brochure could not have been done better. You just know you are dealing with the best in the market; that is the team that supports him and other agents in PPD. The open houses were strongly attended and within 3 weeks we had a well qualified pool of interested buyers.
