Christian is amazing to deal with and took the time to guide us throughout the bidding process and kept us up to date at all times. He was flexible when my family requested to see the property (few hours after open inspection), didn’t mind at all and greeted my family with such warmth. Christian is so genuine and I will use him again to see or buy future properties.

Charlie had a great knack of identifying what was important drivers in making my purchase decision and tailored his approach to highlight how the property matched my needs. He did so in a compelling manner without being pushy or offensive, thus he served his client very well. He made himself available at short notice and was very knowledgeable not only about the property but also the area and matters that may impact upon the property.

We are extremely happy with the work Christian and his team put into selling our home. We found Christian to be very knowledgeable of the current market, his recommendations were based on his knowledge of the area as well as the buyers we would most likely attract. We were kept up to date with reports as well as phone calls and he was always willing to go above and beyond to guarantee each buyer was given an option to view the property, sometimes with multiple visits. We highly recommend his service and will use him again in the near future.

From our very first meeting, we knew we made the right choice. Daniel made the selling of our place very easy, non stressful and kept us well informed through the entire process, and his knowledge of the market and his passion secured an outstanding result. I cannot speak highly enough of Daniel and Siobhan and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone wishing to use them.

We tried to sell our property before with other agents who promised much & delivered very little. Right from the first meeting my partner & i told each other that Anthony will sell our house. Outlandish promises were not made. We found Anthony & his team to be very professional, approachable & hardworking. Their research & network was second to none. They brought the right people in for our property & as a result our large property was sold in a few days. They had a strong understanding of the market & had the right buyers lining up . I would not hesitate to recommend PPD Real Estate .

I have dealt with Alex on two properties and found him an authentic agent, who is a man of his word. Alex lives and breaths property, and is realistic in his guidance on price. His back office support is highly organised and communicative. I could not rate him, and his company more highly.

The PPD team are the best in the eastern beaches. We have now bought and sold three times now through them and have always been impressed by the team approach, professionalism and vitally their negotiation skills. The fact they are across a lot of transactions means they have real time optics on buyer movements and behaviours which no doubt benefitted our sale greatly. Would recommend Alex, Dave and Pru to anyone. Cheers guys!

Our preference was to sell our property off-market and we chose Daniel because he was supportive of our wishes, brought a high level of energy and importantly, could demonstrate a wide reach of potential buyers. Daniel moved things along quickly and kept us informed throughout the process so we were never wondering what stage things were at. We were pleasantly shocked to receive an offer on the day of our first open house and had exchanged contracts within a few days. Beyond Daniel, PPDRE also has a strong network of buyers which they share. The whole selling experience with Daniel was completely professional, considerate and importantly for us, low fuss.

Daniel has just sold my unit and I could not be happier ...I haven't sold a property before so I was cautious about the process and the how the market was situated. From the get-go Daniel provided realistic and valuable advice, he put in place a fantastic strategy to make best use of time-frames to position the property well in the marketplace and he was wonderful with my tenants! He and Siobhan really worked with me as they wanted to make sure that my experience was a terrific one ...and it was! Highly recommend this team.

I believe that I am one in position to make comments on Anthony. I used to work with him on a project selling project. I was the vendor solicitor. He got entire 37 units sold within two weeks. That was my first shocking impression with him. I lately engaged him to sell my apartment. He promised me to have it sold in two weeks and on a decent price. I thought that was a good wish. But he was extremely efficient to push preparation for marketing of my property. It was only the following week. He have my apartment sold and at a price better than my expectations. That blows my mind. I would think he is a Superman if I did not have experience to work closely with him and saw his professionalism and deep knowledge on market. If you are looking for an agent, I believe that Anthony should be right on top of your list.
