We were very pleased to work with Alex. He is highly professional, reliable, well informed and business-like. He provided excellent advice and we benefited from his depth of experience and his database. Every member of the team he leads is also helpful and well informed. They responded quickly and positively to each of our questions or requests. I would certainly recommend him.

Sean knows the Eastern Suburbs real estate market really well. He is very professional, he works hard and doesn't cut corners. He is straight up, honest, transparent and he provides constant feedback to his vendor. His advice and guidance through the preparation and then the actual sales campaign was exceptional. Looking back I cannot fault his process and attention to detail. He was able to deliver a exceptionally strong result for me as the seller. I couldn't recommend Sean more highly.

Doreen was great during the purchase of our new property. Whilst she obviously was getting the best results for the vendor, she seemed genuinely happy for us. When she realised our current settlement date was so soon, she proposed to the vendor that we rent the property for a few weeks until the settlement. That was so helpful in our situation plus the vendor was earning a rental while it was vacant. Doreen was so knowledgeable about the property and the street too. Made a very stressful process a pleasure for us.

Market knowledge, committment and a truthful pragmatic approach which was highly valued during this stressful period. Alex always took our calls prompty and gave me the confidence to beleive in ' the process' his words not mine ! Highly Recommend.

We definitely made the right choice by choosing Doreen. It’s a stressful time selling and we felt we were in good hands with Doreen. She has connections, she is very pleasant and very good at negotiating. We couldn’t be happier with our agent and the result .

Alexander and his partners Max and Benji ably assisted by Prue, are a strong team and managed to enable sale of pour home within 16 days of deciding to sell. This service is top range and we highly recommend them.

Alex had been highly recommended to us, and he and his team got a good result. It did sometimes feel like we were getting 'worked' as hard as the prospective purchasers to make sure a sale progressed, but regardless the end result was good and the PPD team were great at getting the flat prepped for sale, and were all very fast / reactive / 'on it' and strong on customer service. We appreciated the after-sale service between contracts being signed and settlement.

Christian and Stephanie were great to deal with - responsive, knowledgeable and realistic. Christian kept me well up to date on the sale process and I trusted his opinions.

Sean managed to strike the right balance between being attentive and not too pushy. He displayed good market knowledge, was thorough and we felt throughout the process that we were his most important client.

We were very impressed with Debbie's professional approach, she was straightforward and committed to our best interests. The publicity shots and floor plan were completed in a few hours, with the minimum of disruption to us. The advertising was finalised within a couple of days, and was very impressive. Debbie kept us up to date throughout the process, and we were more than happy when she was able to achieve a sale within 8 days. We would recommend Debbie Donnelley without any reservation.
