We engaged a Buyers Agent to aid in our property search, who represented us in the search and negotiation. After we were introduced to an off market property by Charlie and Josh Roth (our Buyers Agent), Charlie consistently went above and beyond to ensure all our concerns were calmed and delivered almost-instant answers to our enquiries... even texting the vendor as we were standing in the property and they were overseas. Due to work commitments and two overseas trip, we had a short delay in the purchasing process - and throughout this time, Charlie kept Josh updated at every single point and turn, which was a huge relief for us as first time purchasers.
