One of the things that I most appreciated was his honesty in giving me truthful feedback and information from the first time he came to the apartment, thus ensuring that my expectations were grounded in reality. He and his PA Siobhan were very organised and efficient in all their dealings with me. They were always cheerful as well, and that's nice during the stress of a campaign!
