We recently purchased an Eastern Suburbs Sydney apartment being marketed by Anthony. We've dealt with PPDRE over many years and have known Anthony over this time. He has always demonstrated impeccable market knowledge and is transparent in his dealings.

Tristan exceeded our expectations in every way. He was extremely professional and his communication skills were exceptional. Tristan worked tirelessly in what was a difficult market and we have no doubt achieved the best possible result. We have been buying and selling real estate for many years and have employed the services of numerous agencies and we can honestly say our experience with Tristan has been the best so far. We can highly recommend Tristan and will most definitely be working with Tristan in the future.

Anthony's knowledge of the market, our suburb and other sales in our building was above and beyond our expectations. We loved his energy, positivity and the momentum at which he got the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would recommend him to other sellers.

I found Jason very focussed with renewed energy throughout the duration of the sale process. He is also very knowledgable in the area of property sales in Sydney and was an excellent communicator at all times. His feedback was important for my understanding and background in making sound choices for the sale. I also found his team at PPD attentive and supportive with all other detailed aspects of selling a home. Jason works hard to obtain the best result for his client and I would highly recommend him.

We have sold two houses now through Alex, and both experiences have been very easy and professional. He is always honest with his market feedback, always available to speak to and works overtime to get the sale. We highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a sales agent.

Christian followed up with me for nearly a year before we trusted him with the sale of our house. We interviewed 6 agents in total and we are so glad we went with Christian. He kept us informed of each buyer their circumstances. In a falling market you need an agent who has strategies for managing buyers and Christian had a strategy for each buyer that he communicated with us so there were no surprises. I’m confident we got the best out the market. He found an out of area buyer from his database which he said he would do from the start.

I engaged Anthony to sell my property earlier this year and had a great experience. He was very communicative and knowledgeable and made the process extremely efficient - the property was on the market less than a week before it was sold at the price I requested. I would highly recommend Anthony and the team at PPDRE.

Anthony introduced my apartment to a long list of suitable buyers from his database. Realistically attainable timeframes and price guides were established from the beginning and achieved on all counts. Surrounded by a highly professional and proficient team, the apartment was highlighted and showcased at its absolute best, creating extensive interest in the property. We were able to sell the apartment quickly at a great price with minimal fuss. Anthony and his assistant Courtney come highly recommended.
