Doreen sold our 2 bedroom apartment in Coogee in August 2017, and right from our very first meeting, we were blown away by her level of experience, market knowledge and honest advice. Doreen had prepared a thorough campaign proposal, and by investing the time to take us through it in detail, it quickly became evident that there was no better agent for the job. Doreen kept us updated throughout the campaign with communication after every open home, and on most days in between. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Doreen to anyone selling in the eastern suburbs area.

Christian has sold 2 properties for me in the last 2 years. He is my first port of call for all things real estate. He is diligent, proactive and knows his market. Throughout the sale of William Street he kept me fully informed. This sale exceeded the complex record. I would happily recommend Christian to anyone thinking of selling or buying. In a cut throat industry he is a genuine person.

Christian was a pleasure to deal with from our very first meeting! I felt informed every step of the way and was confident that Christian knew very well the market in which we sold our property. Christian's relationships with both the owners and buyers were exceptional and I have no doubt that this effort and dedication is what resulted in the fantastic result that we achieved on the sale of our property.

Christian West was a real professional who cares very much for his clients and delivers on everything he commits to. He was very reliable and was always on top of everything. He was quickly available when I had questions. He patiently and knowledgeably walked me through any questions I had, no matter how big or small. He got us an outstanding result for our property and I would highly recommend Christian to any prospective client.

I definitely recommend Anthony Puntigam to anyone selling. From the start he was enthusiastic and very professional with the selling of my property. His approachable and friendly personality made it easy to communicate with him, and he was available day and night to make sure I got the best price possible. His experience and negotiation skills resulted in a record price for my property.

I deal with commercial property owners and agents on a daily basis and found Christian to be one of the most professional, impressive and responsive individuals I have dealt with. He was able to secure me a great financial result within a week and followed up on a regular basis, both during and after the sale to ensure I was comfortable. I have recommended him to a number of friends and colleagues and will no doubt use him again in the future.

Daniel was really helpful with the purchase of our first property, which can certainly be a little daunting! He was available by text, phone and email to answer any questions we had and his professionalism is great! When it came to signing contracts etc he was really efficient and even managed to put us in touch with a great lawyer too. Would highly recommend.

Daniel was easy to work with and very transparent ... made our purchase an easy one!

We were very impressed from the onset with Daniel and the dedication he displayed towards the sale of our beloved home. At all times he kept us up to date both verbally and with weekly written reports as we progressed through the sale process. We particularly liked his open and honest approach to all parties when dealing with multiple offers giving the perspective buyers the confidence to know what they had to beat to be successful. PPD have a winning formula for the eastern suburbs and I would not sell my home through anyone but Daniel Cachia if we were to do it again. We got a top price and avoided the stress and uncertainty of auction by settling prior!

Daniel and his team provided a very professional service, as promised at the time of listing the property. The property received good coverage on the internet and the stylist Daniel introduced to the apartment enhanced its appearance and market appeal.

We did a alot of research into who we wanted to sell our house and Daniel has a great review and he didn't disappoint! He was consistently on time and always contactable. In fact we would joke every time he came for an open home or meeting as he was so precise with time! He was always honest and without fail every Monday we would have a full report of the previous week's open home and knew every step of the way where we stood. Both him and Janae make a fantastic team! On the day they came in to take photos we were inundated with colleagues of Daniel's (buyers agents etc) and that's when I knew we were headed in the right direction. We have sold before and had plenty experience with agents but we couldn't fault Daniel and Janae! the day when we received offers Daniel helped us to achieve a great result with alot of negotiating on our behalf... Don't waste your time with other agents! They talk the talk but can they walk the walk?? In Daniel's case he definitely can!
