Tristan handled the sale of our property quickly and efficiently whilst keeping us appraised every step of the way. He never failed to call us when he said he would call us and we felt confident that our sale was in safe hands. We were impressed by Tristan and by PPD.

Debbie was efficient professsional and gave great low cost tips and advice on getting the house ready for sale. Her team swung into action to get a contact of sale, create a marketing plan, photos including spectacular drone photos, print and online material and billboard all within 7 days. She was sensitive to the needs of my elderly parents. She answered every email and text message immediately. I would describe her as up front, no nonesence, approachable and practical. We got a good result and sold the house within 14 days. She negotiated a quick settlement and continued to be involved until every detail was attended to and settlement occurred.

Tristan and the wider PPD were very professional throughout our sales process. After dealing with a number of agents through prior sales campaigns, I was especially impressed with the level of communication provided by Tristan.

Doreen was committed, professional and proactive from our first discussions to the final sale of our family home in Bronte. Her personal manner and communication skills make her an approachable agent for potential buyers. As vendors we were kept in touch with developments in the market, the local area and the likely position of interested parties. Doreen was able to offer us sensible and cost effective advice about the presentation of our home for sale. Open house inspections and the general marketing campaign were excellent. Most importantly, Doreen's skills in close negotiations with potential buyers was the main reason we achieved a result well above our reserve. Sue and I have no hesitation in recommending Doreen Wilson as an agent in the highly competitive Eastern Suburbs property market. Steve and Sue
