We appointed Charlie to sell our home based on his endeavours & persistence to list a neighbour. His written record past inspections left behind so we knew how many potential buyers had been through was very helpful He followed up with feedback within the next few days. We sold the property a day or so prior to the auction.by negating with the interested buyer. We found Charlie great with feedback as he even followed up on Sundays where needed. We wish Charlie all the very best and sure he will have many successful sale in his career. Thank you Charlie for all your help.

Daniel sold my husband and I our first apartment in Sydney nearly 6 years ago. When it came to selling that property he was our first call and not only was it a pleasure as always to work with Daniel (as i always have a lot of questions.. and he patiently answeres every one of them) he also secured our goal price! No doubt if we move again Daniel will be a part of the process as he is knowledgable, patient and can laugh at me and with me in those stressful situations. He is a good Dude and I have recomended him to many friends.

I was introduced to Doreen through a mutual friend many years ago. She has sold three of my properties over the past ten years. Each property was very different in size, price and location and each was sold in very different markets. Doreen’s sales strategy has been spot on each time and her advice on property presentation and marketing is considered, smart and savvy! She has worked very hard for me on each sale to achieve the absolute best and above market price for me on each occasion. She is highly professional and down to earth and simply gets the job done! If you want integrity, honesty and expertise then she is recommended Mark, Maroubra

We have both bought and sold a home from Daniel. From both perspectives Daniel and his team delivered. There is no idle chatter or unnecessary sales talk; just an in-depth knowledge of the local market. Expect expert advice, a huge buyer's list and a willingness to give you space to make your own decisions. Dealing with Daniel was a pleasure. Instinctively driving our buy (and sale) with a natural energy, enthusiasm and a sense of fair play that never feels overwhelming or pressured. A personal touch. We write this recommendation without hesitation. Dean & Freya

Alex, Kenji and the team were and continue to be extremely professional in their approach and their interactions with me. I was well informed during every stage of the sales process and I had their full support on strategy and execution. I would engage Alex and PPDRE again in the future.

This is the second time we have been involved with Daniel regarding a house sale; first as buyers, then as vendors. We have found Daniel to be open, energetic and positive throughout the whole process of selling our house this time around. His negotiation, communication and problem solving skills are excellent and we felt we were informed every step of the way.

My wife and I engaged Alex and his team to sell our home and we were pleased with the way he runs the sales campaign with a quality support team and well developed systems and procedures in place. He has excellent work ethics and communicates clearly and efficiently. I have high regards for him and his team at PPD and would be happy to recommend him to others.
