Daniel was referred to me by not 1 but 2 friends. I understood why from the first phone call I had with Daniel. Professional, friendly and high business acumen in one person, not always easy to find. After our first meeting, due to personal reasons, I decided it was not the time to sell. Daniel took it in his stride, asked to stay in touch and did just that very respectfully. When I was ready to sell, Daniel and his team were the ultimate professionals from the get go with photo taking, display, open houses and ... we sold over my expectations and in record time. I believe this happened because of Daniel's knowledge of the market and his network as well as PPD Real Estate's great reputation in the Eastern Suburbs (and also because my unit is a beautiful place!!).
