Doreen was totally professional in every aspect of her conduct and performance as a selling agent. Her input and updates were regular, relevant, always honest, objective and considered. Doreen was energetic to please, empathetic, supportive and she demonstrated significant knowledge of the market. Her substantial industry experience was abundantly evident and welcomed. Expectations regarding the sale price we’re less than anticipated. However, the end result was not a reflection of Doreen’s effort and time invested, to achieve a better result.

I really enjoyed buying through both Bailey and Daniel. They were very transparent and helped get the deal done quickly and effectively.

Doreen was fully across the property market in the area and was able to promptly answer questions about prices and properties in the area as well as specific questions about the property in question. She responded to all questions quickly and accurately and nothing was too much trouble. She was also working with Paul Kirton of PPD and the same comments can be made about the assistance that he provided. Their professionalism made a huge difference to what could otherwise have been a very stressful transaction. They were an excellent team.

Thomas operates on the highest level of professionalism. His work ethic is out of this world! International borders and COVID couldn't stop him from his work. He worked tirelessly to secure a good price and ensured that we were always well informed throughout the whole marketing campaigning. When the time comes to sell again, we will be hitting him up again.

I met Thomas a few years ago at an open house and we had stayed in touch. I was always impressed with his professionalism and was never too pushy. When it came to selling my property it was an easy choice. His knowledge of the market, area and advice was excellent. Thomas was always professional and we got the result I wanted in a very short time frame making the process very easy and stress free. I can highly recommend Thomas if you are looking to sell your property.

We have just purchased a property that was listed for auction by Thomas Heath. He organised a private inspection quickly for us and negotiated a great price for both the vendor and us efficiently. Thomas worked late hours to help us secure the purchase. Thomas was very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend his services. Cheers Linh & Stephen Todd
