From start to finish, Tristan was outstanding. He excelled in his advice, knowledge, skills, communication style and professionalism and conducted a great campaign. Tristan's personal level of care and investment in looking after us made us implicitly trust the entire house sale process. I highly recommend Tristan!

Alex rejected offers that were higher than the end sale amount. He didn't get the offers in writing. He blamed the client for not being able to sell coastal Sydney property in 'Clovelly's best street' He was asked to not put the end sales price online... but did so after settlement because 'once it settle I (the seller) have no control'.... Total lack of respect for his clients wishes Once things went wrong Alex sought to blame everyone but himself... and yet what was clear as day is that he misread the market. The questions is when selling your house/property, can you afford to use an agent like this? I would steer clear.

We were really impressed with Sean and his team throughout our campaign. He holds a strong knowledge of the market and we had confidence to lean on his experience and expertise. He is professional and personable and possesses excellent communication skills, always accomodating and responding to any requests or enquiries promptly. His willingness to arrange for prospective buyers to view our property for multiple inspections was also appreciated and likely contributed to the final sale.

A big thank you to Sean Poche and his colleague Nate for making the selling experience a pleasant one. Communication lines were always open updating me on the interest in my property and guiding me through each step. Sean's knowledge of the local market was key and allowed us to achieve a great result. Very happy to recommend them.

Tristan is very professional, friendly and easy to interact with. Although he was working for the seller and we were looking to buy, we found him very helpful and friendly through out the process and always available to answer all of our queries. Highly recommended.

Daniel, Bailey and Georgia sold our unit in December 2021. They are a great team. From the first meeting they provided clear advice, and they were happy to take our thoughts and preferences on board throughout the sales process. The sales process went exactly as they predicted. Throughout the sale process we received constant updates from the team. Taken together, this meant that we were happy to trust Daniel, Bailey and Georgia to achieve the best sales result for us.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Daniel and his team throughout the process of selling our apartment. What could have been a daunting process was made easy and we were updated with excellent communication before and throughout the advertising campaign. We sold our property within 2 weeks of the property being advertised. We have no hesitation in reccommneding Daniel and his team!! Thank you!!!

Sean is an awarding winning real estate agent with an incredible amount of experience in the Double Bay apartment market. It was an easy choice when deciding who we wanted to sell our home. He went well above our expectations in terms of following up after open inspections and at all times keeping us informed during the process. He was a pleasure to work with, very professional, an genuine expert in the market, provided great advice along the way and is a family man who also understands the emotional side of selling your home. We were very happy with the process and the result he achieved. I would highly recommend working with him.

Charlie & his team exceeded all our expectations. Charlie & Sidney were wonderful to deal with & handled all aspects of the sale to a level of professionalism far beyond any other agent we have used in the past. His styling team went above & beyond to help transform our home into a perfectly presented and widely appealing garden apartment. We had every confidence in the way Charlie dealt with prospective buyers. This certainly helped us achieve the great outcome we hoped for.
