Alex and his team are the market leaders in Tama and Bronte beach and I experienced that firsthand. I was overseas when the house was listed and even during a global pandemic and lockdowns he got a record price for the street

I have known Doreen for many years, she makes the process extremely easy. She kept me well informed of the interest from other buyers and when it came down to the crunch was contactable and flexible. Thank you again, and great working with you again after all these years.

We purchased an apartment through Doreen and she was communicative and straight up. She was lovely, extremely experienced and fair. She is not intrusive in following up but efficient, intuitive and accommodating. Highly recommend to buyers and sellers.

Alex did a fantastic job and stayed patient during the whole process without once trying to pressure me into taking a price below his view of the right value.

I recently sold my beloved apartment with Christian in Coogee. From the first meeting it was clear he had my best interests at heart. A great listener and savvy operator, it was comforting to know that I was in safe hands with what could have easily been a stressful experience. Not only did he achieve an amazing result, but importantly he got there with grace, humility, efficiency and importantly, the desire to go the extra mile to secure the best possible outcome. Christian and his team have been a joy to work with and I would have no hesitation in entrusting them again with the management and sale of a property.

Tristan was great to deal with. He was responsive, reliable and transparent.

There is an air of quiet competence about Alex Phillips, which is no illusion. He has a team of marketers who clearly knew their function. It worked like clockwork. Alex has a pragmatic view of the market, and gets results. He tells it as it is. Our terrace was sold within three weeks. Vince, one of PPD's sales executives, is same style. We had aa very satisfactory result. Geoff Lambert Vendor

Alex and his team are a well oiled machine. I signed up with them on the Tuesday, had a team of people through my house on the Thursday, went live on the Friday and sold 9 days later. I felt very supported through the whole process. Alex rang me every day (sometimes twice) to keep me informed and up date every step of the way. And, got me the price I wanted. If you are thinking of signing up with Alex.. don’t hesitate!

We can’t speak highly enough of Daniel and would recommend him without hesitation. Hard-working, professional, transparent, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. Daniel went the extra mile throughout the entire process, helping us buy our next property, project managing our pre-sale renovation and then using his skills to achieve a result well beyond our expectations. If you are selling, use Daniel – he’s exceptional.
