Christian recently sold our 5 bed home in Maroubra within 3 weeks off market. We were astounded by the knowledge, buyer contacts, timing and professionalism from him and his team. He has gone above and beyond with not just our sale but with advice on buying our next home. He has made the whole process easier and far less stressful than we have ever experienced before. We will undoubtedly be using Christian again in the future and cannot recommend him and his team enough.

I have bought and sold through Alex and his team several times and I have never been disappointed. Through every aspect of the process Alex, Pru, David, Vince, Kenji and the whole PPD team are consummate professionals. Alex is transparent, friendly and honest and most importantly treats everyone with genuine respect. This is really important to me as I want to know that the agent I appoint will be reflective of my values as well as draw out every last dollar out of the perspective purchaser. No money is ever left on the table when Alex in negotiating your property transaction and he gets the best results for all his vendors at all price points. He treats every transaction and property with equal respect and dedication and I think that is why he is a market leader at every level. I recommend Alex to my family, friends and clients and anyone selling a property in the Eastern Suburbs.

Alex knows the market better than most and brings buyers into the process not just relying on passive marketing. His team were really efficient helping us get the property on the market quickly and at the right time. Alex timed the private auction perfectly just after a record breaking sale in the same street and produced a result that exceeded our expectations.

My recent experience with Alex Phillips and his team has been more then I expected, even though I had had good feedback from others. In recent months Alex and his team have been invaluable assisting with the preparation and eventual sale of my late sisters unit at Randwick. My late sister had actually requested we engage Alex when it was time to sell. What could have been a very daunting experience was made a smooth, quick process. Even recently Alex was invaluable helping negotiate the purchase of a unit for my other sister. I look forward to working with Alex when it is time to sell another unit. Alex’s associate, Pru Kelly, deserves a special mention. She is incredible.

I approached Alex and his team to list my Coogee property in Jan 2021, as the agency had sold a previous property for me with amazing results, a few years earlier. The latest sale was quite rushed, as we had already purchased another property but still wanted to get the best price available. Working seamlessly together with Alex and his dedicated team, we made sure the house was ready for market in just under a week, and we sold pre-auction in 6 days for an amount that exceeded our expectations. Cannot thank Alex, Pru and his professional team for making the whole process as less stressful as humanly possible. Will chose Alex again for our next real estate venture.

Doreen is amazing and I am so happy I chose her to sell my property. She was open and honest right from the start, she knew her market and how to negotiate a deal. Doreen communicated really well with me throughout the whole process and always made herself available. She worked hard following up all potential buyers and in the end achieved a fantastic result. My selling experience with Doreen was exceptional.

Tristan was very accommodating with all my questions and helped facilitate queries with strata management before I purchased. I thought he went out of his way in that respect to make sure I was a happy buyer.

Anthony and his team were tenacious in following up every lead and scouring their databases to find buyers whose profiles suited our house. They were very well organised in preparing the house for the marketing campaign and were excellent in regularly communicating with us so we were always up to speed on the status of the sale campaign.

I have used Alex and his team, primarily Kenji, to sell two properties, the second was under rather sad circumstances. At all times Alex is kind, polite, knowledgeable and prompt in his responses. Above all he is honest and assesses the situation as it is. There is a constant stream of information and feedback and on both occasions I have been very satisfied with the way the sales were managed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex, Kenji and all the team at PPD. They take the stress away from an emotional situation.
