I felt truly supported when selling my property through Daniel. He understood the market and because of this the best strategy to take to sell my property and get the best possible outcome. With this knowledge Daniel recommended we change strategy from auction to 'For Sale' within a week my property was sold and I was thrilled with the outcome. Daniel and Siobhan kept me up-to-date on home opens and any other key insights with the market & my property. They both worked tirelessly with my tenants to ensure they felt supported and this in turn ensured the tenants kept the property in a great condition for home opens. I will always engage Daniel and Siobhan whenever I am next buying or selling a property.

Doreen has an extensive market knowledge giving her the skills needed to mount an extremely successful sales campaign. She is energetic giving momentum to the whole process. Her relationship with buyers' agents, acess to databases and networks allowed her to have interested buyers ready to inspect the property even before the official date for the campaign start. This and her skills at negotiation resulted in our house not only selling in a couple days but for a price we just couldn't refuse. I forgot that Doreen was a real estate agent - she was just like a person who was trying really hard to sell your property for the best possible price. We can't stop telling everyone how great she is and we highly recommend Doreen to anyone who wants to sell a propert.

Doreen sold us our Coogee unit 6 years ago so it was fitting that we engaged with her once again when it came time to sell recently. Doreen's knowledge of the local market, her honesty, professional approach but mostly her tenacity to push for results ended up yielding a positive outcome before having to go to Auction. Because of this, we were able to settle on this property and the one we purchases simultaneously saving a lot of additional cost and expense. She was respectful of our time and our objectives throughout and nurtured the sale accordingly. And she topped it all off by giving us a congralutory gift at the end. Many thanks to Doreen. Kind regards Chris & Greta

The A team! Anthony and Courtney at PPD Real Estate were exceptional - responsive, quick, open and trustworthy. They helped us get a good result in a short time; they understand the process, the local market and were respectful of our needs along with the buyers. I would highly recommended them for your next property sale.

We engaged with Tristan over a number of properties and found him to be consistent, reliable and dependable in terms of information, views on the market and follow through with negotiations. We greatly appreciated his time in assisting us out of normal hours and ethics in negotiations, and pleased to have finally found the right property for the family. We wish Tristan all the very best and can imagine him to build a solid following in the eastern suburbs. Finally, we have no hesitation in engaging with him for our future property matters.

I am very grateful for Tristan’s assistance in the purchase of my first apartment in what is a very difficult and trying market in Sydney. Tristan was the agent for the vendor and was very patient and went above and beyond when we hit difficulties with the bank after making a successful offer. I was relieved that Tristan was patient calm and eager to assist, it was a stark difference compared to my previous experiences with agents over the past year. Highly recommend.

Purchasing a property is a huge decision, with many potential pitfalls. Tristan was extremely knowledgeable, listened to all our concerns and worked hard to resolve any issues expeditiously and to the satisfaction of all parties. He was extremely patient and accommodating. He was an excellent conduit between the various parties who had an involvement in the transaction and respectful at all times. It was easy to contact him at all times. Would not hesitate to use or recommend him in any future real estate purchases.
