Excellent Agent

Great Attention to Detail, Went Above & Beyond
It is quite obvious that James is not local to the Gold Coast area, but as one of his existing clients he was happy to help me out when I mentioned I wanted to sell my gold coast apartment. Despite a busy workload in Brisbane James still managed to sell my Surfers Paradise apartment, with no trouble at all, and in only 3 Days! James is very loyal and I always knew that my best interests were being looked after at every stage of the transaction. I would recommend James Olsen to anyone wanting a refreshing outlook on real estate, with a personable approach. There is no doubt that I will be using James again in the future.

Simply amazing!!
While selling my property James went above and beyond my expectations. It was a complicated sale because I was going through a separation. James was not only tasked with finding a buyer but also of convincing my separated half of agreeing to sell. He did both tasks with amazing efficiency and swiftness. Proactive and easy to have honest conversations
James was able to do in 10 days what other agents couldn't do in 90 days. James was able to meet expectations by not over-promising and under-delivering which is something most agents cannot do. He understood our financial position and made that clear to buyers he never made us reconsider or questions ourselves.
