Bryan is completely honest and trustworthy in all my dealings with him acting as my agent for the sale of my Unit. He did his homework thoroughly and was able to put an excellent value on the unit before the sale. The value was above what I expected and he was able to negotiate a very good price. Bryan follows up on prospective buyers and informed me of what he was going to negotiate with those prospective buyers. My unit didn’t comply with smoke alarm present requirements so Bryan offered to utilize his electrician to install a smoke alarm in the main bedroom. Based on my experience with having had Bryan sell two of my properties I would highly recommend him as an agent to sell any property.
