As a first-time investor, but long-time renter, my experience with a previous well-known real estate was extremely stressful and I was doubting myself as to why I even got into the investment market. However, I was able to transition over to Pinnacle Properties with such ease. They took care of everything and have allowed me to not stress about my property which is in a different state to where I live. The team there are understanding, take care of my amazing tenant (my priority!) and are on top of the legislation in QLD. Even though I could have managed this myself, having them look after everything has been what I needed. I can't thank the team there enough for their efforts - worth their weight in gold!
