My experience with Von was fantastic! She is an excellent professional who looks after you every step of the way. Buying my first home meant stepping into a lot of new territory but this was made a lot easier with Von's guidance along each step of the way. I would highly recommend Von's services as her skills and knowledge of real estate are brilliant. Additionally the support that her team provided along the way was fantastic and shouldn't be forgotten. Overall I was very happy dealing with Von and Pinnacle Properties and look forward to any potential dealings in the future.

Von has a very good knowlede of real estate. She always was pleasant and a delight to deal with in selling my house. Nothing was to much trouble for her, including giving me plenty of notice when she was bringing prospective buyers to view the house as well as the open house days.

Von was wonderful to deal with from our first inspection to settlement. She had a lot of background and knowledge about the property and was always happy to answer any of our questions. Von went above and beyond negotiating our offer with the seller even while she was away on holiday and also addressed any concerns so the property was ready before settlement. We are so grateful to Von, as well as her assistant Liz and the Pinnacle Properties team - we love our new home!

Von made the process very smooth and trouble-free. She was willing to arrange an inspection the same day that I enquired. Her intimate knowledge about the property and of the area were invaluable.
