Goes above and beyond, highly recommend
Von makes sure she knows your home inside out, she and her team help create an atmosphere in your home that will attract more buyers. She takes the time to meet to discuss things with you in person and makes sure that you get what you want and more. Von has great communication and will not just pass your house off to the first offer that comes along. She works to get you the best price possible. Highly recommend. Would choose her over local agents any day if you want the best price for your home and best customer service.

Professional and personal
Many realestate agents in this current busy sellers market know they will get a sale and don't particularly care about you...... the seller and their client. Von Barnes and the team at Pinnacle are all about professional and personal attention, we had our house styled and the care taken to walk us through the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. We sold and bought (bought through a different agent) at the same time and the difference in service and communication were at opposite ends of the spectrum. We have now referred Von to family and friends.

Sale of Property at KGUV Kelvin Grove
From Start to finish, including advice on prep for sale and some staging, which was provided free of charge, Von and her team were very professional. The property was listed during covid and Von attended almost every open house which was a weekly occurrence. Their comprehensive knowledge of the market and capacity to have that information readily available, daily upgrades, at all times a phone call away, never left me as a client questioning. The work ethic of this team is phenomenal. The sale of this property is testimony to Von's capacity to not only secure a fantastic price but to handle a challenging subtenant with compassion and firmness. Leaving the relationship between the subtenant and tenant intact and with good karma. This aspect of the sale was important to us, and we knew Von was the best person for the job.
