Von and team were extremely helpful with the sale of my late Mother's property. Very knowledgeable and professional, keeping me informed and in contact through the whole process. We had 10 bids and sold the property on the very first open house! I warmly recommend Von and Pinnacle Properties.

Von was a great communicator and kept us informed regularly throughout the sales process. She worked extremely hard in a difficult market to achieve a fantastic outcome for us. Her team were helpful and professional, providing us with great advice and feedback in the lead up to listing, during our time on the market and right up until settlement. We are really pleased with the result and can’t recommend Von and her team enough.

Von went out of her way to satisfy all requests that where made of her and this resulted in the sale of a unit to a very satisfied elderly couple. Well done VON.

I'm very happy with Pinnacle Properties' assistance in selling my apartment. The developer offered me a very low price for a resale but Von's team has provided me with valuable knowledge about the market and high potential sale. I trusted Von's team to sell the apartment and eventually I received much more than my asking price. I'm also very pleased with the entire process including regular updates and things went smoothly even when I was not in Australia.

From the very outset, Von was the consummate professional. The marketing of the property I was interested was true and accurate. Her wealth of experience was obvious from day 1. Her knowledge of the property and suburb was excellent, including the little details of the surrounding area like good cafes, restaurants, bus routes, walking trails etc. Von is a very authentically warm and friendly, always with a genuine smile, while maintaining an absolutely professional relationship with both myself and the vendor at all times. Von and her team were straight onto any queries I had, and followed up to make sure I had all the information I needed. Von proactively communicated with me throughout every stage of my purchase. I can’t recommend Von highly enough - she worked tirelessly and was available at all times. If you are looking for a seamless experience, whether buying or selling, with a genuine, reliable and highly professional you can trust, don’t go past Von and Pinnacle Properties.

Had house on market with other agent for 4 weeks with no decent offers. Von sold it within 11 days and got me above asking price. She works all hours of the day and night . Can't thank her enough. Well impressed with all my interactions with her. Von was recommended to me by a friend.

Buying a new house on my own was intimidating at first, but on meeting Von as I walked through the doors of the first property that felt like home, was an amazing addition. So supportive, open to any questions at any time of day and responsive to any concerns. The process of making an offer, accepting, ongoing admin and pre inspection, all flowed smoothly. A lovely bottle of bubbly as a gift on settlement day, was perfect to round off our new friendship. Would not hesitate to recommend Von and her team to anyone looking to buy their new home in SE Qld.

Von was exceptional with her knowledge of the market and knew what the buyers were looking for. She was able to market our home to maximise its potential. Wouldn’t have been able to achieve the sale if it wasn’t for Von and her team. Thank you Von and Pinnacle Properties:

Von helped us all the way through the buying process. Her knowledge and experience is invaluable, but what really sets her apart is how she focusses on you as a person, a family, a human. There is so much to consider throughout and Von was a steady, calm presence and made sure we were supported all the way. I’ve since had the opportunity to meet the seller, and he also speaks very highly of Von. If you’re working with her, you’re in great hands.
