Very motivated agent with excellent communication

I dealt with Danielle recently in relation to sale of my house in Mackay. This was a property which failed to sell through another agency 2 years ago. Danielle was quite helpful and didn't rush me into a sale and advised me to wait for appropriate time. This was a breath of fresh air, as she was acting in my best interest. As soon as an opportunity presented, she got onto the things and organised repairs, cleaning, staging and photography of the house which markedly improved the presentation. This was an architecturally designed house, which needed some attention to detail to appeal to the buyers. The result was multiple offers after the very first open home. I found her communication to be regular and prompt. She also organised a Conveyancing agent. Overall, had a positive outcome and I wish Danielle and her team all the success in future.
