Per-Sale advice: Canvass a sales person many months prior. Debbie advice to additional improvements above what was planned was invaluable. As I realized post sale. Inspections/council searches: Most certainly have all these carried out and issues sorted. As they give your agent (a full property profile) and yourself the best platform for minimal frustration during the sale process. Timing: Listen to the suggested Open day and closing submissions date. Pinpoint got this I feel exactly right. Attracting and delivering genuine buyers. Thus speeding up the sale period.

I contacted Jesse from a flyer sent via post. She was seeking properties like ours to sell - had clients that had missed other opportunities. We were not actively looking to sell but thought if we could get a fair price without much effort from us we may. Jesse is a good communicator and easy to talk to. She offered to test the water for us by offering our property “off market”. No results would equal no commission. This way there were minimal costs. Jesse also respected our wishes of making sure our tenants were well informed of what was happening, ensuring them their home was not at risk of being taken away from them. Jesse contacted us with regular updates, even when there was really nothing to report! There wasnt the initial interest Jesse hoped/indicated - but just when we thought we would cease offering the property - a buyer came forward. Jesse was very easy to work with, friendly, understanding, respectful and helpful all while communicating well. I would absolutely use her services again in the future should the situation arise.
