We met with Mark a few times before we listed our house through him and PJMurphy. We had had a few different agents give us an appraisal on our house, mainly due to the fact we were possibly buying a house through their agency. Mark impressed us as honest and professional with a depth of local knowledge but above all we liked the way he listened to us and our concerns. His estimate of the value of our house was almost spot on and his advice to us through the process was well considered and fairly presented. His follow up with us through the signing and settlement of the sale was good. Nice touch when he called around to give us a bottle of champagne and the SOLD sign so we could put it up ourselves.
