Purchasing our second property
After purchasing our second property from Paul and his team we have found his service to be consistent, professional and honest. We can talk to any of his team and they are all professional and able to help us - they go the extra mile. As a purchaser you are normally not treated with the level of respect as the vendor gets but I can honestly say we have felt valued in all conversations with the team. We chose our agent very carefully. We only invited agents who had a high sales record to our house. We chose Paul as he came to our house very prepared, enthusiastic and confident. During the inspections he spent a lot of time with prospective buyers highlighting all the features in our home and showing it in its best light. During the offer and right through until sold Paul was available to both ourselves and the buyers and he worked late into the evening providing much needed reassurance.

Fantastic Agent
Paul gave a realistic appraisal of our property and came extremely well prepared with up to date market information in regards to our property. His advice to hold private viewings took the stress out of preparing the house for open inspections, whilst showing people through that were genuinely interested. We had 2 offers on our home within a 3 month period and Paul confidently dealt with all negotiations until the best outcome was finalised. We would highly recommended Paul and his team for their professionalism and service and their positive ‘let’s get the job done’ attitude.
