I have sold 2 properties and purchased 1 over the past 3 years
Paul and Jo Dean have worked with me in 3 transactions. The latest was the sale of my home during this difficult (COVID 19) time. Paul explained the process well, so that I understood what to expect. We had inspections by appointment and of the first 4 potential buyers, one couple made an offer that met my wishes. The result was a very short sale period of just 1 week after the preliminary photographs and other details. I appreciated the efficient and courteous way Paul ensured the successful sale.

Fantastic service
I mainly dealt with Jo-Anne and she was exceptional. I personally don't know much about real estate and she went above and beyond to explain everything to me. The whole selling process was quick and there were no problems from start to end. I can't recommend Jo-Anne and her team more highly!

Paul was recommended to us by our son a realestate agent in Darwin. Our son inquired through his network and Paul was highly recommended. When we first met Paul we knew why. From our first meeting Paul was prompt courteous and respectful and he took the time to make sure we understood what we were doing. Paul’s knowledge of the Victor Harbour realestate both historically and current was excellent and his sales forecast proved to be correct. At all times through the sale process Paul kept us informed. There was one occasion that he hadn’t called when he said he would so we called our son who said “mum he’s probably closing a deal, I’m sure he’ll call”. He did call 20mins later with two offers and the house was sold and we were ecstatic. We are extremely grateful to Paul and his team of Joanne and Julie and their very skilled photographer. Their professional and capable approach made selling our home at a stressful time in our lives a very easy and memorable experience. And yo top it off they gave us an awesome settlement gift!
