James is a salesman in the best use of the term. He loves what he does and shows a great deal of enthusiasm about his work. He explained everything well and said he would communicate frequently with and via his team which he did. We were never left wondering what was happening and he always left the door open for questions and contact. We had a good result in the end with a minimum of fuss.
