I wouldn’t advise selling your house, buying a new house, moving and having a baby all within a month but if you do, go with James Gwynne. We had specific dates and prices that we wanted to line up and James and his team were able to meet them all. We bought and sold with Place and found both experiences very pleasant, no pressure or unnecessary stress was put on us like we had felt with a previous agent. James was transparent in how the negotiations were going and gave us daily updates. However, these were short lived as our house sold two business days after the first open home! We couldn’t be happier with the level of communication and advice they offered from different sale plans right through to the styling of the house, if you follow their suggestions you will get the best price for your house too.
